[Problem] To provide an inexpensive LED fluorescent lighting device having a small power consumption, which is capable of spreading the angle of light distribution from an LED light source to 360°. [Solution] A base plate (22) is provided so that a front surface, whereon an LED light source unit (23) is mounted, is positioned on a facing surface side (floor surface, work surface, and the like), which faces away from a fixture side (ceiling surface, wall surface, and the like). A light-guide diffuser (24) has a shape that takes approximately the form of an arc having a predetermined thickness in a cross-sectional view and extends in the length direction of a tube body (25), with a concave portion (29) being disposed so as to face the LED light source unit (23). The light-guide diffuser (24) is provided with: bent surfaces (26a, 26b) comprising, on a convex portion (28) side, both borders in the short direction, which are bent approximately orthogonally in a cross-sectional view and oriented toward the outside of the tube body (25); and bent surfaces (27a, 27b) comprising, on the concave portion (29) side, both borders in the short direction, which are bent so as to follow the two borders in the short direction of the base plate (22). |
