PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creatine composition for oral ingestion, and a creatine-containing food based on the creatine composition for oral ingestion.SOLUTION: The creatine composition for oral ingestion includes a creatine composition in a product state which is orally ingested together with a beverage. The creatine composition includes crystalline powder selected from the group consisting of creatine monohydrate, creatine anhydride, creatine phosphate, creatine pyruvate, and creatine citrate. The crystalline powder in a product state is further washed with water heated at 80 to 100°C for 1 second or more, so that cyanide impurities are removed. After the washing, the creatine composition for oral ingestion is obtained through vacuum drying. |
