PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of an active matrix type display device, to provide a display device with a low cost, and to provide an electronic device using the display device as a display part of the electronic device with a low cost.SOLUTION: In order to reduce a manufacturing cost of an active matrix type display device, all one conductivity type TFTs (here designating any one of a p-channel TFT and an n-channel TFT) are adopted as the TFT used for a pixel part. Further, all of drive circuits are formed of the same conductivity type TFT as the pixel part. Thus, manufacturing processes can be remarkably reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. |
