<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning in which lower separation, precipitation, and gelling can be controlled, and which excels in storage stability, and has low viscosity to be poured from a container easily. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning includes one of a fermented cellulose, psyllium seed gum, native gellan gum, succinoglycan, and xanthan gum whose pyruvic acid content is less than 2.5%, and is prepared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
