PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous anti-rust paint that can form a paint film having excellent weatherability, adhesion and rust-prevention, and that is excellent in low-temperature coating workability, and to provide an ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight aerated Concrete) anti-rust paint film.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous anti-rust paint comprising a vinylidene chloride-based resin (1) and an acrylic resin (2) and in which the acrylic resin (2) has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -40°C or more and less than 5°C and the vinylidene chloride-based resin (1) contains a vinylidene chloride monomer unit by 70 to 92 pts.mass and at least one vinyl monomer unit that is co-polymerizable with the vinylidene chloride monomer, by 8 to 30 pts.mass.
