PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an elastomer composition capable of forming an inner liner layer that is excellent in resistance to air permeability, durability, and rolling resistance; an inner liner layer using the elastomer composition; and a pneumatic tire using the elastomer composition.SOLUTION: An elastomer composition for an inner liner layer of a tire contains 100 pts.mass of styrene-isobutylene-styrene triblock copolymer (A) and 0.1-150 pts.mass of a copolymer (B) containingβ-pinene and an aromatic vinyl compound as monomer ingredients. An inner liner layer uses the elastomer composition. A pneumatic tire uses the elastomer composition.
