<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment instrument that can inhale fumes in ESD (endoscopic submucosal dissection) and EMR (endoscopic mucosal resection), a laser transmission path inserted through the laser treatment instrument, and an external tube that forms the laser transmission path. <P>SOLUTION: The external tube 80 forms the laser transmission path 70 inserted through a forceps insertion path 19 in an endoscopic tube 21, together with a hollow waveguide path 90 formed in long hollow shape to guide treatment laser light 57a, and permits the hollow waveguide path 90 to be inserted through an internal insertion space 81. An outer surface of the external tube 80 is provided with outer peripheral projections 82 projected radially outward so that the projecting tips abut on the inner peripheral surface 19a of the forceps insertion path 19 in at least two directions in a cross section in a state of being inserted into the forceps insertion path 19, and outer peripheral recesses 83 forming inhalation conductive paths 19b between themselves and the inner peripheral surface 19a of the forceps insertion path 19 between the adjacent outer peripheral projections 82. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
