<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance/frequency conversion circuit that has an oscillation circuit less influenced by manufacturing variations. <P>SOLUTION: The resistance/frequency conversion circuit includes: a first capacitor connected between a first node and a second node; a first inverting gate connected between the second node and a third node to output an inversion of a signal at the second node; a first resistance connected between the third node and the first node; a second resistance connected between the first node and a fourth node; and a first circuit capable of outputting an amplification of a signal at the fourth node to the second node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
