Embodiments of the present invention disclose a video information push method and device, relating to the technical field of network communications. The method comprises: receiving a push request from a user equipment, the push request carrying the geographic location information of the user equipment and the video browsing record of a first user on the user equipment; determining the video information that the first user is interested in according to the geographic location information of the user equipment and the video browsing record of the first user on the user equipment carried in the push request; generating a push list according to the video information that the first user is interested in and pushing the push list to the user equipment. The video information pushing provided in the solutions of the embodiments of the present invention facilitates users to know the video information that the surrounding users are interested in, and facilitates the users to browser said video.
