The present invention relates to a device for weighing and inputting a grain. A case having an input pipe opening and closing unit therein to prevent a grain input pipe from being bothered by a ton bag holder during replacement of a ton bag is separated by a wire and is re-coupled after the case is held by the holder. The present invention comprises: the grain input pipe composed of an upper input pipe of which an inlet is connected to a grain storage tank and a lower input pipe of which an outlet is disposed in an entrance of the ton bag; the case provided between the upper input pipe and the lower input pipe and composed of a case main body unit and a case cover unit which are coupled to each other and wherein lower portions of the coupled portion of the case main body unit and the case cover unit are hinged and fixated to each other and the lower portion of the upper input pipe is inserted into the case main body unit; an opening and closing unit provided inside the case main body to open and close the outlet of the upper input pipe; and a case opening and closing means having a fixed protrusion installed in the case main body and a rotation piece provided to the case cover unit. The rotation piece is locked to be fixated by the fixed protrusion or released so as to enable the case main body and the case cover unit to be coupled to and separated from each other.
