PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform connection of a capacitor without depending on welding.SOLUTION: A noise filter 10 includes: a core made of a ring-shaped magnetic material enclosing an electric wire; an inductor 14 which is made of a metal wire and arranged so as to be submerged in the core; a capacitor 25 having a form in which a lead wire 27 is led out from a capacitor body 26; and an elastic contact piece 23 which is provided at least at one end out of the end of the inductor 14 and the end of the lead wire 27 and capable of coming in elastic contact with the other end.
