<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin composition, from which a molded item having a good sliding property and high wear resistance and mechanical strength is obtained, especially suitable for gear production. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the resin has the steps of: bundling aramide fibers (B-1) in such a state that the aramide fibers are aligned in a longitudinal direction and cutting the aramide fiber bundle after being impregnated and integrated with a polyamide-based resin (A), to obtain a first molded item comprising the resin-impregnated fiber bundle with a length of 4-12 mm; obtaining a second molded item having a maximum length of 2-10 mm and comprising the polyamide-based resin (A) and aramide fibers (B-2) with a length of less than 4 mm, the component (B-2) being randomly dispersed in the component (A); and mixing together the first molded item, the second molded item, and a component (C), a copper-containing thermal stabilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
