<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module which ensures earth connection of the semiconductor module and an electric connection box housing the semiconductor module. <P>SOLUTION: An electric connection box includes: a semiconductor module (semiconductor switch module 1) which has a first electrode (earth plate 11) for connecting with an external conductor and connects/shields multiple electric wires with/from each other; a box body 2 housing the semiconductor module; and a lid part 8 covering the box body 2. The box body 2 includes: a second electrode (earth bus bar 3) connecting with the conductor and provided with a contact piece 3a and a contact piece 3b which contact with the first electrode; a fixing part (fixing leg 2b) provided at the exterior of the box body 2 and used for fixing the box body 2; and a second conductor (conductor 3b) with which the second electrode connects.
