<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly integrate a plate-like member comprised of precast concrete or mortar and concrete which is casted to bury a part of the plate-like member. <P>SOLUTION: The vicinity of an upper edge of a plate-like member 13 comprised of precast concrete and the vicinity of the lower edge thereof are joined by being buried in concrete which is casted later to form an upper floor slab 11 and a lower floor slab 12, and the plate-like member is functioned as a web. A plurality of non-skid members 14, 15 which are columnar bodies penetrate buried portions 13a, 13b which are buried in the concrete to be casted later, and both ends of each non-skid member are protruded. Furthermore, steel bars 16, 17 penetrating the plate-like member are disposed to surround the position where the non-skid member is buried in the floor slab. Moreover, reinforcing-bars 18, 19 are disposed which become annular while surrounding the position where the non-skid member is buried, together with these steel bars.
