An air-filled packaging bag having a divider packaging layer and a manufacturing method for the bag. The air-filled packaging bag comprises: one or multiple inflatable main bodies, where the inflatable main bodies form one or multiple accommodating cavities having openings; one or multiple one-way inflation valves, which are arranged within the inflatable main bodies; and, one or multiple divider packaging layers, provided within the accommodating cavities having the openings of the inflatable main bodies, for holding to-be-packaged items. The divider packaging layers are suitable for forming multiple divided packaging bags for use in packaging the to-be-packaged items, where the to-be-packaged items may be various fragile items, with chicken eggs being a typical example.
