A computerized system including a battery operable computerized device having the battery physically removed, wherein the computerized device includes at least one battery monitoring sensor. The system includes a bypassing module having a μcontroller, a replacement-power-supply unit for the computerized device, at least one bypassing unit adapted to bypass a respective battery monitoring module, a power ON/OFF signal generating unit for the computerized device, and an external power source, wherein the μcontroller is receiving power from the external power source and provides controlled power to the computerized device, using the replacement-power-supply unit. The μcontroller provides power ON and power OFF signals to the CPU of the computerized device, as required, to thereby bypass the power ON/OFF button of the computerized device. The μcontroller provides a safe-operation return signal to the CPU of the computerized device, to thereby prevent that CPU from generating an alert. |
