The present invention relates to a recycling system of sludge using combustion heat of the sludge, and to a recycling method. The recycling system comprises a mixer mixing dehydrated sludge having 80% of water content and dried sludge having 20% of water content; a pellet former forming mixed sludge having 60% of water content mixed by the mixer into a pellet shape; a drying chamber having the outer circumferential surface protected with a heat insulator, and including multiple outlets for discharging vapor generated from the mixed sludge; a combustion chamber installed on the outer side of the drying chamber, and generating heat by combusting the dried mixed sludge; a three-stage belt conveyer mounted inside the drying chamber; a hot wind blower receiving heat generated in the combusting chamber through a hot wind inlet path, and discharging to the outlet; and a hot wind blower discharging the injected air to the outlet.
