PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use generated power without waste.SOLUTION: A house energy system: acquires weather status, season information, solar power generation amount information of each season, and so on from a center server (100 and 102); estimates a total power generation amount of a solar power generation device of the day of the acquisition (106); and estimates power consumption to be used on the house side (108 to 112). The house energy system determines whether to operate an always operational electric apparatus and controls operation of the always operational electric apparatus (118 to 122), by comparing an estimated power generation amount and power consumption (114), which is because the power generation amount of the solar power generation device and the power consumption on the house side can be calculated. Thereby, the generated power is effectively used without waste by performing control so that the always operational electric apparatus operates when the generated power amount is larger than the power consumption. |
