<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an occurrence of an emitted light luminance distribution. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element array includes a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements formed on a substrate that is longer in a first direction. Each of the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements comprises: an electrode layer formed on the substrate; a semiconductor light-emitting layer including a p-type semiconductor layer formed on the electrode layer and electrically connected to the electrode layer, an active layer formed on the p-type semiconductor layer, and an n-type semiconductor layer formed on the active layer; a first wiring layer formed along one side and in parallel with the one side of the semiconductor light-emitting layer; a plurality of second wiring layers extending from the first wiring layer to the semiconductor light-emitting layer and electrically connected with the n-type semiconductor layer on a surface of the semiconductor light-emitting layer; and a phosphor layer formed above the semiconductor light-emitting layer. The semiconductor light-emitting layer has a planar shape which has a base parallel to the first direction and at least one side including a part slanting with respect to a line vertical to the base, in which a width of the semiconductor light-emitting layer in the first direction decreases with distance from the base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
