<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical part manufacturing apparatus that can shorten a process working time (tact time) when electrical conductive paste is applied to an electrical part element, and an electrical part manufacturing method using the manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: An electrical part manufacturing apparatus has a stage 11, a paste supply tank 16, an electrical part element holding head 17 and a paste removing squeegee 18. The stage, the paste supply tank, the electrical part element holding head and the paste removing squeegee are configured to relatively move in one direction or in the opposite direction to the one direction. When the paste supply tank is moved relatively to the stage to remove the conductive paste 12 on the surface of the stage in a paste applying area 13, or when the conductive paste is developed on the surface of the stage in the paste applying area, the paste removing squeegee is moved relatively to the stage, whereby the conductive paste on the surface of the stage in the paste removing area 14 is removed.</p> |
