<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash light discharge lamp irradiation device that can implement a desired temperature profile by high-temperature and short-time irradiation, increase the capacity of the device and facilitate the maintenance.SOLUTION: A flash light discharge lamp irradiation device (100, 200) has a power storage element (2), a flash light discharge lamp (5) for main irradiation which is connected to the power storage element in parallel, a discharge element (6, 61) connected to the power storage element in parallel, a trigger conductor portion (7) disposed in proximity to the flash light discharge lamp for main irradiation, a trigger element (8, 81, 82) which can induce dielectric breakdown to the discharge element, a first igniter (9) for applying a high voltage to the trigger conductor portion to induce dielectric breakdown in the flash light discharge lamp for main irradiation, a second igniter (10) for applying a high voltage to the trigger element to induce dielectric breakdown in the discharge element, and a controller (11) for actuating the second igniter during flash light discharge of the flash light discharge lamp for main irradiation after the first igniter is actuated.</p> |
