<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of removing the surface layer part of a tubular body partially while reducing a working man-hour.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a cutter 1 capable of cutting a surface layer part 12 of a pipe 10 having an inner pipe 11 and the surface layer part 12. The cutter 1 comprises: a stem 2, with which an end face 10e of the pipe 10 can contact; an arm part 3 extending forward from the stem 2; and a cutting part 5 for cutting the surface layer part 12 of the pipe 10 when the end face 10e of the pipe 10 is rotated in a circumferential direction R of the pipe 10, while being made to contact the stem 2.</p> |
