<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ankle fitting tool, a method for fitting the ankle fitting tool, and a stretchable belt for fixing an ankle, which are capable of suppressing varus and exstrophy of a heel and improving sports performance with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ankle fitting tool 1 includes: a flexible fitting tool body 2; a front surface fastener 3 disposed on the front of one end of the fitting tool body 2; and a rear surface fastener 4 disposed on the rear of the other end of the fitting tool body 2. The flexible fitting tool body 2 includes: an ankle surrounding part 6c to surround an ankle 15 above an outer ankle 12 and an inner ankle 13; a heel surrounding part 6b to surround a heel 14 at the back of the outer ankle 12 and the inner ankle 13; and an instep bottom surrounding part 6a to surround the space between an instep 10 and a sole 11.</p> |
