<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from being incapable of determining whether a shutdown of an engine is due to out of gas or an automatic stop.SOLUTION: An idling stop control device automatically stops an engine when an automatic stop condition is met while an engine of a vehicle is in operation. The idling stop control device: when determining that a remaining fuel amount in a fuel tank has become equal to or lower than a predetermined value Qa (S320: YES), prohibits an automatic stop (an idling stop: IS) of the engine (S330); and notifies a driver of the vehicle of a fact that the idling stop is prohibited.</p> |
