<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic notice device excellent in high durability with small size, light weight, low price, energy conservation, and economical simplicity, and to provide an electronic notice device which can facility its realization.SOLUTION: As one of solution means, an electronic notice device, which electronically posts information on a rewritable medium that can develop color when heat is applied and maintain and erase the color development according to differences in temperature rise speed, has a heating element and a thermoelectric converter integrally joined with the heating element via a thermal good conductor. The thermoelectric converter comprises a color developing and color erasing head equipped with a heating function and an active cooling function and a controller that controls the head.</p> |
