This terminal device transmits a signal to a base station device via an uplink, and is characterized by being provided with a transmission unit which transmits to the base station device a first MAC control element which includes a first buffer size field indicating the amount of first data in the first buffer transmittable to the uplink, and a second MAC control element which includes a second buffer size field indicating the amount of second data inside of a second buffer transmittable to a first link which is used in communication between the aforementioned terminal device and another terminal device, wherein, if a first parameter is not set, the value used in the first buffer size field is indicated by a first table, and if the first parameter is set, the value used in the first buffer size field is indicated by a second table, and the value used in the second buffer size field is always indicated by the first table. |
