An advertisement monitoring method, and a related device and system. The advertisement monitoring method comprises: a terminal sending an advertisement information obtaining request to an advertisement service server; the terminal receiving advertisement content returned by the advertisement service server and corresponding to the advertisement information obtaining request; the terminal receiving an advertisement effect address corresponding to the advertisement information obtaining request; and the terminal obtaining information about a response of a user to the advertisement content, determining whether the response information contains an address matching the advertisement effect address, and if the response information contains the address matching the advertisement effect address, sending a notification message to an advertisement monitoring server. |
