<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a pneumatic tire which can reduce rubber strip cuts generated in the surface or the interior of a raw cover by reducing a shrink force included in a rubber strip and reduce tire roll resistance by sufficiently suppressing strain generation, and a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a pneumatic tire, constituted by arranging an extruder, a calender, a transportation conveyor, and a molding pasting drum in order from a transportation upstream side of rubber strips to form a constituent member of a pneumatic tire by supplying rubber strips successively from the extruder to the molding pasting drum, and to manufacture a pneumatic tire by using the formed constituent member of a pneumatic tire, is provided with control means for controlling the speed of a calender to be 120-140% as compared with that of a transportation conveyor.</p> |
