<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which generates no error image, is excellent in low-temperature fixability, has good off-set resistance, and is capable of forming a high-quality image excellent in sharpness over a long period without staining either fixation means or an image.SOLUTION: Toner includes at least a release agent, a release agent dispersant, a binder resin, and a colorant. A melt viscosityηT (100°C) of the toner at 100°C satisfies the relationship of the following equation 1: 500 Pa s≤ηT(100°C)≤8000 Pa s, and a melt viscosityηW (100°C) of the release agent satisfies the relationship of the following equation 2: 10 mPa s≤ηW(100°C)≤35 mPa s (in each equation,ηT (100°C) represents a melt viscosity of the toner at 100°C, andηW (100°C) represents a melt viscosity of the releasing agent at 100°C). The content of the release agent dispersant is 75 to 150 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the releasing agent.</p> |
