PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram structure body and a security medium which are excellent in designability and which are determined to be authentic because they can be copied by a copying machine.SOLUTION: A hologram 1 includes at least: a first pattern 1a having a first distribution of a grid angle; and a second pattern 1b having a second distribution of a grid angle different from the grid angle in the first distribution.
