PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit capable of uniformly driving an organic-inorganic hybrid type electroluminescent element whose anode is connected to a power supply.SOLUTION: The drive circuit includes: an n-type drive TFT (Thin Film Transistor) whose drain is connected to a cathode of an organic EL element; a first control TFT connected between the drive TFT and a reference potential point; a selection TFT connected to a data line; a first capacitance connected between the selection TFT and the drive TFT; a second capacitance whose one end is connected between a gate of the drive TFT and the other end of the first capacitance, and whose other end is connected to a drain of the first control TFT; a second control TFT connected among the other end of the first capacitance, one end of the second capacitance, and a predetermined negative potential point; a third control TFT connected between one end of the first capacitance and the other end of the second capacitance; and a fourth control TFT connected in parallel to the organic EL element. |
