<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a memory system which are capable of reducing noises in communication.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 12 communicable with a host apparatus 2, which is provided with a pseudo random number generation circuit 32, includes: a symbol generation unit 24 that generates symbols LIDL0, LIDL1, SYN0, and SYN1 according to a pseudo random number generated by the pseudo random number generation circuit; a conversion unit 25 that performs 8b/10b conversion for the symbol; and a transmission unit 26 that transmits the symbol converted by the 8b/10b conversion unit, to the host apparatus.</p> |
