<p>Provided is a transmission control method for Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ), for improving HARQ performance in a mobile communication system. The transmission control method for HARQ in the mobile communication system according to the present invention includes receiving a downlink resource assignment on a downlink control channel, determining whether the received downlink resource assignment is for a User Equipment's (UE's) Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI) and a previous downlink resource assignment is a configured downlink resource assignment for Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS), and considering, if it is determined that the received downlink resource assignment is for the UE's C-RNTI and the previous downlink resource assignment is the configured downlink resource assignment for SPS, a New Data Indicator (NDI) of the received downlink resource assignment is toggled regardless of a value of the NDI, wherein if one or more transmission blocks (TBs) are correlated with the same HARQ process, the NDI is defined for each TB.</p> |
