In the case of a mounting device (1) for securing a tyre module (2), in particular a tyre pressure sensor, to an inner side of a pneumatic tyre for vehicles, comprising a stand (11) from which there extends a supporting arm (12), wherein a setting head (14) that can be lowered with a predeterminable force is attached to the longitudinal end of the supporting arm (12) that is remote from the stand (11), the intention is to provide a solution by which a tyre module can be reproducibly secured to an inner side of a pneumatic tyre of a vehicle in a structurally simple way. This is achieved by the setting head (14) having a holding device (39), with which the tyre module (2) can be releasably held in a clamping way on the setting head (14) during the securement, and having at least one heating element (36) for connecting the tyre module (2) to the inner side of the pneumatic tyre in a material-bonded manner.
