Disclosed is a method for controlling the capability of a terminal. The method comprises: reporting, by a UE, a BSR to various eNBs connected to the UE; and receiving, by the UE, uplink authorization information sent by the various eNBs, wherein the uplink authorization information is configured by the various eNBs according to the BSR and a UE capability allocation rule negotiated in accordance with a capability range of the UE. Also disclosed are another method for controlling the capability of a terminal, a UE and an eNB. Also disclosed at the same time are two computer storage mediums. |
