The present invention relates to an LED light control device and a control method therefor. The LED light control device can effectively control an LED light without a separate additional line for light control by configuring an alternating current power on/off wall switch, which not only can supply and block power to an LED light (load) but also can transfer control information for light control together, instead of an alternating current power on/off wall switch for an on/off switch of a fluorescent lamp or an incandescent lamp.
