Disclosed is a method for sending an uplink control channel aggregation, comprising: simultaneously sending, by a terminal, a plurality of physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs) of a base station at a first moment, the plurality of PUCCHs being sent on the same carrier, wherein the terminal sends the plurality of PUCCHs of the base station in a pre-set manner on one or more PUCCH resources configured to the base station via a high-level signalling, and the same carrier corresponds to a main serving cell of a main serving base station. Disclosed is a method for receiving an uplink control channel aggregation, comprising: pre-setting, by a base station, a terminal to simultaneously send a plurality of PUCCHs at a first moment, the plurality of PUCCHs being sent on the same carrier, and instructing, by the base station, the terminal to send the plurality of PUCCHs of the base station in a pre-set manner on one or more PUCCH resources configured to the base station via a high-level signalling, the same carrier corresponding to a main serving cell of a main serving base station; and obtaining, by the base station, a mapping resource element position of the terminal in a pre-set manner, and receiving PUCCH information in the resource element position.
