In the present invention a control unit is equipped with: a disproportionation reaction determination means that determines whether the detection result of a first refrigerant sensor satisfies a predetermined condition which is prior to the generation of a disproportionation reaction of the refrigerant; and a compressor rotational frequency control means that restricts the rotational frequency of the compressor when the disproportionation reaction determination means determines that the predetermined condition has been satisfied.
