A garment and a garment manufacturing method. The garment manufacturing method comprises the steps of: selection: selecting a fabric A and a fabric B as the front side and the back side of the garment respectively; gluing: gluing the back side of the fabric A and/or the back side of the fabric B; tailoring: oppositely tailoring the fabric A and the fabric B into garment sheets to enable the garment sheets corresponding to a same position to be oppositely disposed; sewing: sewing the garment sheet of the fabric A into a first garment shell and sewing the garment sheet of the fabric B into a second garment shell; attachment: attaching the first garment shell and the second garment shell; and edge banding: oppositely fixing the edge of the first garment shell and the edge of the second garment shell. In the provided garment manufacturing method, one side of the manufactured garment is the fabric A, the other side of the manufactured garment is the fabric B, and the garment manufactured by using the method can be worn on both sides. The back side of the fabric A and/or the back side of the fabric B is glued, so that the two sides of the garment are attached to each other, thereby improving the fabric fitting performance of the garment, and facilitating garment setting. |
