PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heat dissipation sheet, which is suitable for industrial mass-production of a heat dissipation sheet for a power device requiring high radiation performance.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a heat dissipation sheet including a molding step for molding a resin compound containing at least a boron nitride filler and resin by a double belt press machine.
