<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of measuring a tack value of a cosmetic supplied regardless of the existence or non-existence of particles while suppressing cost increase.SOLUTION: A cosmetic physical property measurement device 10 of the present invention measures a physical property of a cosmetic 5 by supplying the cosmetic 5 in a state of a liquid or a semi-solid to a nip gap 3 formed by a drive roll 1 and a free rotation roll 2 which are provided in parallel, and measuring a tack value of the cosmetic 5. On the peripheral surfaces of the drive roll 1 and the free rotation roll 2 of the measurement device 10 are formed, over the whole periphery, grooves 11 and 21 which are orthogonal to the rotation axis direction. The nip gap 3 is segmented, by the grooves 11 and 21, into a property measurement area MT for measuring the property of the cosmetic 5 supplied, and a drive power transfer area DT for driving the free rotation roll 2 by contact of the drive roll 1 with the free rotation roll 2.</p> |
