<p>The present invention relates to beta-agarase derived from Alteromonas sp. GNUM-1 and, specifically, to beta-agarase having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 derived from Alteromonas sp. GNUM-1, a gene thereof, a beta-agarase recombinant expression vector comprising the gene DNA, a cell for producing beta-agarase transformed to the recombinant expression vector, a manufacturing method of beta-agarase using the cell, and a manufacturing method of neoagaro-oligosaccharide using the beta-agarase. The useful beta-agarase can be effectively manufactured by using the beta-agarase gene, the recombinant expression vector, the transformed cell, and the manufacturing method of beta-agarase of the present invention.</p> |
