PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device which cools an electric component stored in an electric component box, prevents fire spread from the electric component box, and enables assembly work and maintenance work to be easily conducted, and to provide an air conditioner.SOLUTION: An electric device includes: an electric component box 31; a control board 32 stored in the electric component box and including an electric component 30 which generates heat; a heat sink 39 thermally connected with the electric component; and a sheet material 140 disposed between the electric component box and the control board. The sheet material is formed by an elastic body material and has an opening part 140a from which the heat sink protrudes. Protruding parts 140c which are integrally formed with the sheet material and elastically deform thereby locking the sheet material to the heat sink are provided at the opening part. The electric component box includes a hole 31c for the heat sink for enabling the heat sink and the protruding parts to protrude to the exterior of the electric component box. |
