<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress variations of positions of creases, without depending on types of paper. <P>SOLUTION: A post-processing device includes: a stopper 51 for supporting the paper S; a sandwiching part 52 disposed on the stopper 51 and capable of sandwiching the paper S supported by the stopper 51 and releasing the sandwiching of the paper S; a drive motor 53 for moving the stopper 51 to a folded position; a folding part 54 for performing folding processing of folding the paper S in a predetermined shape at the folding position; and a control part for making the sandwiching part 52 release the sandwiching of the paper S simultaneously with performing the folding processing by the folding part 54, after the dive motor 53 moves the stopper 51 to the folded position while the sandwiching part 52 sandwiches the paper S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
