This antenna device (10) comprises an antenna-coil member (20) and a lead-out member (30). The antenna-coil member (20) has a first substrate (21), and a spiral conductor (22) is formed on the top surface of said first substrate (21). An inside-end conductor (221) is connected to the inside end of the spiral conductor (22), and an outside-end conductor (222) is connected to the outside end of the spiral conductor (22). The lead-out member (30) has a second substrate (31), and first and second lead-out-conductor patterns (322, 332) are formed on the top surface of said second substrate (31). A first end conductor (321) is connected to one end of the first lead-out-conductor pattern (322), and a second end conductor (331) is connected to one end of the second lead-out-conductor pattern (332). The lead-out member (30) is positioned on the top-surface side of the antenna-coil member (20). The inside-end conductor (221) and the first end conductor (321) face each other, as do the outside-end conductor (222) and the second end conductor (331). |
