摘要 A stove core structure of an infrared gas stove, comprising a receiving groove in a bottom cover; the bottom is provided with a gas through hole for introducing gas into the receiving groove from bottom to top; a guide plate is disposed in the receiving groove; the guide plate is at a high level in the receiving groove; a space exists between the guide plate and the bottom of the receiving groove of the bottom cover, such that the gas through hole is not covered; a gap for the gas to pass through is arranged around the periphery of the guide plate, and the gap on the periphery of the guide plate serves as the main gas flow line after the gas enters the receiving groove via the gas through hole; the space between the guide plate and the bottom cover and the gap form a gap flow line to guide the gas to smoothly flow out of the periphery of the guide plate, and to conduct the gas out via infrared pieces of ceramic provided at the groove opening of the receiving groove of the bottom cover, such that the gas is thoroughly combusted upon full contact with the air on the periphery of the infrared ceramic pieces, thus avoiding carbon monoxide poisoning and waste of gas caused by incomplete combustion of gas, and improving thermal efficiency.
