A power supply control device comprises: a power supply input terminal; an output circuit for outputting power to a load; a plurality of power cut-off circuits connected between the power supply input terminal and the output circuit in parallel; and a control circuit for independently controlling the power cut-off circuits. Each of the power cut-off circuits has a cut-off circuit and a switching element, which are connected between the power supply input terminal and the output circuit in series. The cut-off circuit allows power to pass when receiving a passing permission signal from the control circuit and cuts off the passage of the power when not receiving the passing permission signal. The on/off of the switching element is controlled by the control circuit. When setting any of the power cut-off circuits as a circuit to be diagnosed, the control circuit stops the supply of the passing permission signal to the cut-off circuit of the circuit to be diagnosed and turns off the switching element of the circuit to be diagnosed. |
