[Problem] To provide a reading and writing verification device for an RFID medium (14) and a reading and writing verification method for the same, which rapidly verifies whether or not a process to read or write medium data to or from the RFID medium (14) was performed correctly, which processes multiple RFID media (14) at high speed, and with which it is simple to handle reading/writing process errors. [Solution] Focusing on the provision of a plurality of device antennas along a conveyance path (11) of the RFID medium (14), and the provision of a device antenna for verification, the reading and writing verification device comprises: a data reading and writing unit (3) comprising a first device antenna (19), a second device antenna (20) and a third device antenna (21) provided successively in the conveyance path (11); and a data verification unit (6) comprising a fourth device antenna (24) provided on the downstream side of the third device antenna (21). The medium data can be read and written successively by wireless data communication between the data reading and writing unit (3) and the RFID medium (14), and in the data verification unit (6), the medium data can be read from the RFID medium (14) and can be verified. |
