ENDOSTATIN MUTANT, CROSSLINKED PRODUCT OF ENDOSTATIN MUTANT AND POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL AND USE THEREOF

Provided is an Endostatin mutant, the mutant is obtained by mutating the amino acid residues at position 1 and position 3 starting from the N terminal of Endostatin into other amino acid residues, the Endostatin being (a) or (b) as follows: (a) a protein consisting of the amino acid residues at positions 2 to 184 starting from the N terminal of sequence 1 in a sequence table; (b) a derived protein having one or more amino acid residues substituted and/or deleted and/or added and being related to neovascularization. Also provided are a crosslinked product of an Endostatin mutant and polyethylene glycol and uses thereof in inhibiting and/or blocking neovascularization.
