摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a food additive using Phytolacca esculenta fast-fermented bean paste and a food additive manufactured by the same method and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a food additive using Phytolacca esculenta fast-fermented bean paste and a food additive manufactured by the same method, wherein the method is configured to manufacture the food additive like a kind of a garnish using fast-fermented bean paste and the food additive using the fast-fermented bean paste may be put on with garnishes and eaten with other foods, thereby, even if being added to various kinds of foods (for example, chicken soup with ginseng, rice-cake soup, dumpling soup or the like), enabling a user to ingest useful nutrients contained in the fast-fermented bean paste while maintaining a unique taste of a corresponding food; and eliminating a peculiar smell from the fast-fermented bean paste while maintaining the nutrients of the fast-fermented bean paste without change as well as enabling the user to ingest the nutrients of the fast-fermented bean paste only by taking a meal in real life even if not taking other special health foods or pill type products.
